5:00 PM – Coaches Meeting · Chimo Hotel
- This is a mandatory meeting for all managers and coaches. The District Administrator
and Tournament Director will review tournament details including rainout and protest procedures and the
Umpire-in-Chief will review rules and ground rules. The coin toss will be done for the first games.
- Please bring your affidavit and one copy of the medical release form for each player with you to this meeting.
The affidavit and release forms will be held by the Tournament Director for the duration of the tournament
and will be returned to you at the end of the tournament before you leave.
- If you are bringing pins, bring them to this meeting. We will give all pins to the players as part of
the souvenir package they will receive at the team breakfast.
6:00 PM – Coaches Reception · Local Heroes, 1760 St. Laurent Blvd.
- After the managers/coaches meeting, the Tournament Committee will host a get together at Local Heroes
Restaurant located at 1760 St. Laurent Blvd, just down the street from the hotel. Here the managers and
coaches will have an opportunity to meet Tournament Committee members and other volunteers, the
tournament umpires, and each other.
